2.4 AI Assistant

Our project form includes an optional assistant that suggests features from our catalogue. Using it is entirely your choice; you can select everything manually instead.

• Where your text goes: the description you type is sent to OpenAI, which processes it on our behalf to produce a suggestion. OpenAI is a processor for this purpose and is located outside Lebanon, so this involves an international transfer.
• What we send: only what you type, plus our own service catalogue. We do not send your name, email, account details or any other personal information with it.
• What not to enter: please do not type confidential information, personal data about other people, passwords or API keys into the assistant.
• What we keep: the features you end up selecting are stored with your project submission. The conversation itself is not retained by us after the session ends.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To read your project submission, price it, and come back to you with a quote
• To design, build, deliver and maintain the software you commission
• To run the software products you subscribe to and keep your account working
